Tarek Mango is a CEO, MD, and Partner at the Mango Enterprieses Inc. The speaker started the session by telling that his love for international business was developed at a very young age primarily due to the international exposure he got from staying in various parts of the world. He started his professional career in the fields of international business and has been under the same umbrella for the past two decades and plus years. Initially, he was part of Corporate America and around a decade back he planned to disassociate himself from Corporate America and start Mango Enterprises wherein they are focussed on representing United States companies in the healthcare sectors. At his company, the take any brand that is related to healthcare and then builds it in the Middle East. Tarek Mango spoke about that though most people know about international business expansion in various parts of Europe and Asia when it comes to the Middle East many people tend to shy away or get scared primarily because of what we hear in the news. The speaker spoke about various points that are important to his and his team when it comes to taking brands in the Middle East in regards to international business and how to build and enhance skillsets that would lead to success. Tarek Mango said that before going to any region for any business pertaining to any field, it is extremely important that the dynamics of that region be studied and how things and businesses operate and function in those places is understood. It is important the companies that are looking to expand on the international level know what its strengths and weaknesses are and should be able to work on them so that their strengths can be enhanced and weaknesses are minimized (
